21 Ton Large Wheeled Hydraulic Excavator
Hydraulic system upgrade:
Main pump and main control valve: Kawasaki brand main pump and main control valve are used, and the main pump flow is increased, providing faster working speed and higher efficiency.
Hydraulic performance: The upgraded hydraulic system provides stronger digging force and more precise control, improving working performance.
Engine performance improvement:
Engine brand: Cummins engine, providing stronger power and better fuel economy.
Power increase: The increase in engine power means stronger digging ability and faster working speed.
The HW210 upgrades are as follows:
Safety: The HX series cab is welded with low-stress, high-strength steel, which enhances the safety protection of equipment and drivers.
Noise reduction: The average indoor noise is reduced by 5dB, and the average outdoor noise is reduced by 2.1dB (at 1200rpm), providing a quieter working environment for operators.
Improved sealing: The sealing component is installed at the bottom of the cab to effectively improve the sealing of the cab and reduce dust and noise intrusion.
Seat comfort: Equipped with advanced suspension seat, it enhances driving comfort and reduces operator fatigue.
Emergency safety device: A one-button emergency stop switch is standard to quickly cut off the power supply in an emergency to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
Intelligent dashboard: The new intelligent 8-inch touch dashboard, with new functions such as fuel consumption display and remote upgrade, provides more powerful information display and operation convenience.
Maintenance convenience: The air conditioner outer filter replacement position is moved to the outside of the cab, simplifying the maintenance process.
